Search intelligence
Search performance
What it's for
Your Search Console totals — clicks, impressions, CTR and average position — across queries and pages, so you can see what actually drives organic traffic.
When to use it
- Weekly/monthly traffic review.
- To find pages with high impressions but low clicks (CTR problem).
How to use it
- Project → «Search performance».
- Sort by impressions, then scan CTR for under-performers.
- Open a query/page to see its exact figures.
Reading your results
For each output: is it good, does it need improvement, or is it bad — and exactly what to do next.
CTR vs position
Good
At/above the expected curve for its position: healthy.
Needs improvement
Slightly below: title/meta could be more compelling.
Bad
Far below for a top position: a wasted, fixable opportunity.
What to do next
Rewrite the title and meta description to match intent and add a hook (numbers, year, benefit); re-check CTR in 2–4 weeks.
Clicks trend
Good
Growing: your organic strategy is working.
Needs improvement
Flat with rising impressions: visibility up, CTR/position lagging.
Bad
Falling: seasonal, a ranking loss, or content decay.
What to do next
Isolate the pages driving the drop, compare to before, and refresh or fix what changed.
Next steps
- Feed low-CTR top pages into On-page (title/meta).
- Use Opportunities to prioritize by projected click gain.
