Content & internal linking
Internal link suggestions
What it's for
Recommends internal links between semantically related pages (by content similarity, not just shared words), with the source page, target page and a suggested anchor — to spread authority and help users and crawlers.
When to use it
- After publishing new content that needs to be discovered.
- To strengthen important pages with relevant internal links.
How to use it
- Project → «Link suggestions».
- Review each suggestion's source, target and anchor.
- Add the links that make editorial sense.
Reading your results
For each output: is it good, does it need improvement, or is it bad — and exactly what to do next.
Suggestion relevance (similarity)
Good
High similarity: a natural, useful link — add it.
Needs improvement
Moderate: add only if the anchor reads naturally in context.
Bad
Low/forced: skip — irrelevant links don't help.
What to do next
Place accepted links in-body with a descriptive anchor; avoid stuffing many links with the same anchor.
Next steps
- Prioritize links pointing at your money/striking-distance pages.
- Re-crawl so the new internal links are reflected.
