Help & guide
A short tutorial for every section — what it's for, how to use it, and how to read its results.
Getting started
Get started
A guided checklist that walks a new account from zero to its first crawl: create an organization, add a project, optionally connect Search Console, and launch the crawler.
Create a project
A project is one website (one domain) you want to monitor. All crawls, audits, keywords, content and backlink data are scoped to a project.
Integrations (Search Console & GA4)
Connect Google Search Console and GA4 so audits, keywords, rankings and opportunities are based on your real search data. Without them the technical crawler still works fully — the product is honest about which insights need a data source and never fabricates numbers.
Technical SEO & crawling
Project dashboard & health score
The project home: your latest crawl's health score, issue breakdown by severity, Core Web Vitals and the score trend over time. It is the single place to answer «is my site getting better or worse?».
On-page scorecards
A per-URL 0–100 scorecard grading title, meta description, headings, content depth, images/alt, internal links, mobile viewport and canonical — each as Pass / Warn / Fail with a concrete fix.
Crawls & logs
The crawl history and per-crawl log: what was fetched, status codes, redirects, blocked/again-skipped URLs and why a crawl stopped. Your audit trail when results look surprising.
Compare crawls
A diff between two crawls: which issues were fixed, which are new, and which pages changed. The fastest way to see the impact of a release or content update.
Search intelligence
Keywords & rank tracking
The keywords your site appears for, with their position over time (derived from Search Console). Track the terms that matter and watch them rise or fall.
Search performance
Your Search Console totals — clicks, impressions, CTR and average position — across queries and pages, so you can see what actually drives organic traffic.
Opportunities
A ranked, explainable list of where the biggest organic upside is — typically queries in striking distance where a position gain converts to a concrete projected click increase.
Competitors
Track competing domains for your tracked terms: who shows up, for which queries, and how your visibility compares. Honest about which signals need a paid SERP source.
Content & internal linking
Content audit
Scans your pages for thin content, near-duplicates and pages that have decayed in search, so you know what to improve, consolidate or prune.
Content briefs
Generates an outline for a target query — suggested headings, subtopics to cover, a target depth and related entities — grounded in what currently ranks, so writers start from a plan, not a blank page.
Content lifecycle
Classifies each page as Fresh, Maturing, Aging or Stale from its age, edit history and search trend — and flags which pages are worth refreshing now (decaying but still getting impressions).
Internal link suggestions
Recommends internal links between semantically related pages (by content similarity, not just shared words), with the source page, target page and a suggested anchor — to spread authority and help users and crawlers.
Off-page
Monitoring & reporting
Alerts
Automatic notifications when something important changes — e.g. the health score drops sharply, new critical issues appear, or rankings fall — so you react in hours, not at the next manual check.
Reports
White-label PDF reports, scheduled email delivery and anonymous share links that summarize health, rankings, content and backlinks for a stakeholder or client — without giving them an account.
Workspace & account
Organizations, members & roles
Your account is an organization (a tenant). Invite teammates, assign roles (Owner / Admin / Viewer) and keep every project and dataset isolated from other organizations.
Billing & plans
Your plan sets quotas (crawl budget, tracked keywords) and unlocks features (e.g. backlinks, white-label). When a limit is hit the app blocks gracefully and tells you to upgrade — it never silently drops data.
API keys
Create keys to call the read-only public REST API at /api/v1 for your own dashboards or integrations. Each key is scoped to your organization; treat it like a password.
Webhooks
Push events (e.g. crawl completed, alert raised) to your own URL in real time. Deliveries are HMAC-signed, retried with backoff, de-duplicated, and kept with a full delivery history.
Account security
Manage your sign-in security and review a per-user audit log of recent security events (logins, password/2FA changes, key actions), so you can spot anything you didn't do.
